In June, Urban Customz worked on limited time designs in preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2026, an international soccer event gathering teams and fans from all over the world being hosted in Toronto.

- Q: What should I bring to the store for a walk-in T-shirt printing?
A: Bring your design (USB stick, emailed PDF, or image on your phone) and a valid ID/payment method. We’ll provide the blank shirt. It helps to have the exact color/size in mind.
- Q: How long does it take to print a shirt if I walk in? (Do I wait hours or minutes?)
A: After design approval, a single shirt print typically takes just a few minutes. The whole process (design, prep, print, finish) can often be done in under 30 minutes for one shirt. For multiple shirts, plan on about 15 minutes per shirt after setup.
- Q: Can I get other items (hoodies, etc.) printed the same day as well?
A: Possibly, if they are in stock. We focus on shirts, but some locations do offer rush printing for hoodies, caps, or bags. Call ahead to confirm availability.
- Q: If I order online, can I pick up the same day at a local store?
A: Yes. At checkout, select In-Store Pickup and choose your store. If your order is placed before the cutoff (usually 10–11 AM) and the item is in stock, we can have it ready for pickup the same day at that store. Otherwise, it might be the next day. More complex prints or bulk orders might require additional time in which case you should check with a representative who will give you an estimated time frame.
