How does the commissioning process work?
Start by clicking the "Start Your Commission" button and filling out the questionnaire. You’ll share your idea, select a product, upload references, and specify details like colors or style. Once submitted, our designers will create a draft for your approval before production begins.
How long does it take to complete my order?
The timeline depends on the complexity of your request. Typically, we provide a draft within 5-7 business days, and final production takes an additional 7-10 business days after approval. Shipping times will vary based on your location.
Can I make changes to my design after submitting the questionnaire?
Yes, you can request changes during the draft review stage. Once the design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible or could incur an additional fee.
Will I see a preview of my design before production?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a draft of the design for review and approval. You can request adjustments to ensure it meets your expectations before we proceed with production.
Customizations
Can I bring my own clothing or item to be printed on?
Yes, you can bring your own items for customization. Cotton, cotton-blend, and polyester fabrics are preferred for the best results.
What printing methods do you offer for apparel?
We use several professional methods, including DTF for soft, full-color prints; vinyl for bold logos; and embroidery for a premium look. Our team will recommend the best option for your design.
Can I get a resin finish on my canvas print?
Yes. A resin finish is a premium, high-gloss epoxy coating that adds a luxurious look and extra protection against UV rays and scratches.
Pricing and Payment
How much does it cost to print on my own garment?
The price depends on the design's size, number of print locations, and the printing method. You are mainly paying for the print work and setup. The easiest way to get an exact price is to share your design with us in-store or online.
How is pricing for custom, commissioned artwork determined?
We don't use a flat fee. The price is calculated case-by-case based on the product type, size, and the level of detail and style you request. You'll receive a custom quote after submitting your idea.
Production and Shipping
- In-Store Apparel: Simple prints on a single garment can often be done while you wait, typically in 10-30 minutes.
- Wall Art & Bulk Orders: These usually take a few days to produce. Rush and same-day options may be available for an extra fee.
- Shipping: We offer tracked shipping across Canada.
Revisions and Communication
Will I see a preview of my design?
Absolutely. For custom commissions, our artists will send you a draft for review and approval before any production begins.

Miscellaneous
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on customized or printed items. However, if an item is defective due to our error, it is eligible for a full refund or exchange.
How should I care for my custom items?
- Apparel: Wash inside-out in cold water and avoid bleach/softener. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
- Wall Art: Dust gently with a dry cloth. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight or very humid areas.
