The difference is who runs the store. With the Swag Platform we build and host the store your people order from, with your catalogue, prices and budget rules. With Merch Fulfillment you keep selling where you already sell, and we handle production, packing and shipping behind it. Some organizations use both.

Artwork help is included on Business/Team (12 to 49) and Wholesale (50+) apparel orders: our team reviews your logo, vectorizes it if needed and prepares print-ready files before production. I ordered a customized hoodie from the Dufferin Mall store, and they vectorized for me the logo I wanted printed on it because the quality wasn't good enough. Before printing it, they called me and emailed me to verify that everything was as I wanted it. The result was perfect, and the same day, it was ready for me to pick up. They did a great job!
Super friendly staff, they are super open to talk to and advise about the right design, size etc. The tshirts were made within 15-20min with great quality!
