Can my order be produced the same day?
Online custom apparel orders confirmed before 11:00 AM ET are eligible for same-day production, subject to stock and how busy the day is. In store, simple prints on a single garment are usually done in 10 to 30 minutes.
When can I pick it up, and can it be delivered?
Choose Store Pickup at checkout and we text you when the order is ready. Local courier delivery within the Greater Toronto Area is a separate option at checkout; delivery happens after production, so a same-day production order is not always a same-day delivery. Orders can also be shipped across Canada.
Is there a pickup location near me?
Urban Customz has retail stores in shopping malls in Ontario and Quebec, including Toronto Eaton Centre, Dufferin Mall, Scarborough Town Centre, Hillcrest Mall, Lime Ridge Mall in Hamilton, Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener, Alexis Nihon in Montreal and Galeries Terrebonne. Is there a minimum quantity?
No. We print single custom t-shirts as readily as bulk projects. For 12 pieces or more, see bulk apparel for volume pricing.
Can I have an artist create the design for my garment?
Our Commission an Artist service produces artwork for canvas and posters only. For apparel, upload a finished design, logo or photo, or bring it to a store and our team will help you place and size it.
