Custom apparel under 12 pieces ships in 1 to 2 business days, and larger runs are scheduled by quantity. Signage, stickers, promotional items and quoted projects follow the timeline on the product page or in your quote.

Do I need a quote, or can I just order online?
Straightforward products are ordered online: custom apparel, canvas and posters through the designer, and banners, signs, stickers, labels and promotional products from their product pages with the size and quantity you need.
A quote is for mixed or larger projects: several products on one order, quantities beyond what the product page offers, special finishing, or a deadline you want confirmed in writing. Send what you need and your date, and we come back with pricing and a timeline.
What can you print for my business?
Apparel: tees, hoodies, crewnecks, quarter-zips, polos, long sleeves, dry-fit, hats and tote bags, printed or embroidered.
Signs and banners: retractable and roll-up banners, vinyl banners up to 48 inches wide, lawn signs, A-frame and Signicade sidewalk signs, acrylic table signs, step-and-repeat backdrops, feather flags and tension fabric displays, plus window and wall decals and rigid signs by quote.
Stickers and labels: die-cut, square, circle, rectangle, clear and holographic stickers, sheet stickers, roll labels, product labels and envelope seals.
Print and promotional: Z-fold brochures and menus, branded pens, notebooks, mugs, tumblers, mouse pads, keychains and tote bags, and tablecloths and runners for events.
Wall art: custom canvas and framed or rolled posters.
How does a quote work, and how long does it take?
Send the products, quantities, artwork and the date you need it. We come back with pricing, a timeline and the production options that suit the job, such as whether a run is better as DTF or screen print.
You approve the artwork proof and the price before production starts. If your date is tight, say so in the request; rush production is often possible for a fee when stock allows.
Can apparel, signage and stickers come on one order?
Yes. A shop opening, for example, might need staff hoodies, a lawn sign, a retractable banner, window stickers and a run of product labels. Request a quote with the full list and we price it together, work from the same logo files so the colours match across every item, and give you one timeline for the lot.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for custom apparel, canvas or posters: one piece is a normal order.
Stickers, labels and promotional products are priced by quantity, so they start at a small pack rather than a single unit. For example die-cut stickers and branded pens start at 10, roll labels at 50 and personalized notebooks at 75. The quantity options and prices are on each product page.
We do not have print-ready artwork. Can you help?
Yes. If you have a logo that only exists as a small image or a photo of a sign, we can clean it up, redraw it or vectorize it for an extra fee so it prints sharply at any size.
If you do not have a design at all, our artists take it from an idea: you fill in a questionnaire with your references, we send a quote, and production only starts after you approve both the design and the price.
