At Urban Customz, we understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible. That’s why we strive to process and ship orders the same day in most cases, provided that the order is placed during business hours and the items are ready to ship. We ship on business days, Monday to Friday. Please note that larger orders may take longer to process.

- Orders placed before 3 PM local time are typically shipped out the same day.
- Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
