How does ordering custom apparel online work?

Pick a garment, choose the colour and size, then open the designer to add your artwork, logo or text and position it on the product. The print is priced in the designer by print size and method, and you see the total before you pay.

After checkout we produce the order and ship it to you with tracking. Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 2 business days; larger orders are scheduled and the timeline is shown on the product page.

Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirts?

No. One shirt is a normal order, and the same designer and print methods are used whether you order one hoodie or two hundred.

Volume pricing applies as quantities go up, and orders of 12 or more move to scheduled production with the timeline shown on the product page.

How quickly can I get custom shirts?

Production first, then delivery.

Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 2 business days. From 12 pieces, production is scheduled: 3 business days for 12 to 23, 4 for 24 to 47, 6 for 48 to 99 and 8 for 100 or more. Rush production can often be quoted when stock allows.

Your order then ships by tracked courier, and the tracking number is emailed when it leaves. If you have a fixed date, tell us when you order or ask for a quote and we will confirm whether it is achievable.

DTF, vinyl, screen print or embroidery: which will you use on my order?

It depends on your artwork, quantity and garment, and the designer offers the methods available for each product.

DTF (direct-to-film) is the default for full-colour designs and photographs: soft feel, full colour, durable.

Vinyl suits bold single-colour logos, names and numbers, the classic team and staff shirt.

Embroidery is stitched rather than printed, for polos, hats, quarter-zips and outerwear.

Screen printing and flocking are used on larger runs, generally around 100 pieces or more, and are arranged through a quote.

If you are not sure, send the artwork and quantity with a quote request and we will recommend one.

How does volume pricing work?

Pricing drops as the quantity goes up. In the online designer the discount is applied automatically in the cart as you add pieces. From 12 pieces, orders move to scheduled production and you can either order online or request a quote, which includes design and file preparation.

Can you handle a team, school or company order?

Yes. Send the garments, quantities and size breakdown, your artwork and the date you need it, and we quote it with a timeline. On orders of 12 or more, design and file preparation is included: our artist reviews your logo and prepares it for production, and you approve the proof before anything is printed.

Mixed orders are fine, so hoodies for staff, tees for volunteers and a banner for the same event can all sit on one quote. If people need to order their own sizes, we can set up a private branded store instead.
